Oh, OK then... Ice Cream Sian was promoting Red Nose Day at the parlour and looked simply FABULOUS! I particularly liked the sparkly tiara... To get into the spirit of things I ordered a hot chocolate and a Red Nose Cup Cake - delicious! I probably should have had a celery stick and a piece of lean turkey to keep the diet and fitness on track but, hey, this was for charity...
And we have The Plan from Fit Mark for tomorrow - it's a 9k run. What happened to 8k? Last week 7k, this week 8k, next week 9k... Nope, 8k has just vanished... And The Run (which Fit Mark has cheerfully called 'Training Run 4 - The Distance Strikes Back') finishes at Ice Cream Sian's house which is 1k from home so actually it's 10k...
Gulp.
